Bekmetova A.K. graduated in 1989 from the Kazakh Agricultural Institute with a degree in Economics and Organization of Production. From 1989 to 1996, she worked as an accountant- economist in a construction company in Taldykorgan, as an accountant in a military construction unit in Vladivostok (Russian Federation), and as an economist in the Regional Consumers' Union of Taldykorgan region. From 1996 to 2020, she progressed in her academic career from trainee lecturer of the Department of Economics and Management to senior lecturer of the Department of Public Administration and Management at I. Zhansugurov Zhetysu State University. During 2006-2009, she served as Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Economics. In 2012, she completed her Master’s degree in Public and Local Administration. In 2017, she was awarded the badge “Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. From 2020 to 2022, she worked as a chief specialist at the Situational Management Center of Al-Farabi KazNU. Since 2022, she has been a senior lecturer at the Department of Business Technologies. From 2022 to 2025, she studied in the doctoral program in Logistics. A.K. Bekmetova has more than 50 publications in various publications, including 2 textbooks, 1 article in the Scopus database, more than 10 articles in scientific journals COXON, as well as articles published in the materials of international and national conferences. Teaching experience is 28 years. He conducts lectures and seminars in the following disciplines: logistics, marketing, simulation modeling, inventory management in logistics systems, system analysis of the industry, unified transport system. The educational process is based on the use of modern teaching strategies such as INSERT, Cinquain, Fishbone, SWOT analysis and other methods of critical thinking. Actively uses digital resources and platforms — Clido, MIRO, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, ChatGPT, increasing student engagement and motivation. Performs the management of theses.
